Pack 43 of the Boy Scouts of America was established by the St. Thomas Aquinas Dad's Club in 1942, and has continually served the young men of our parish since then. Presently, the Pack is sponsored by the St. Thomas Aquinas Holy Name Society here

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Cub Scouting is first through fifth grades, or 7 to 10 years old. Each boy joining Pack 43 must complete the following:
* Boy Scout Application
* Personal Health and Medical Record
* Payment of registration fee
REGISTRATION AND CAMPING FEES
An annual pack registration fee of $95.00 per Scout is due at registration by the first Pack Meeting in September. There are additional fees for our family campouts in the fall and spring. No boy will be denied admission to the pack or to attend pack activities due to an inability to pay the registration or camping fees. If such a situation exists, please contact the Cub Master or Pack Committee Chairperson.
UNIFORMS
Boys and adult leaders are expected to wear the full Scout uniform, or an approved alternate, to all pack activities.
- Class A Uniform – Includes the BSA Approved Scout Shirt, Pants, and Socks. Must be worn at Pack Meetings and during all Pack travel including campouts.
- Class B Uniform - Includes the BSA Approved Scout Pants and Pack or other Scout T-Shirt. Class B is an approved alternate to the full uniform, but is only worn during camping trips, service projects, and other times as announced by the Cub Master.
In all cases, the boys must be neat in appearance. Shirt tails must be tucked in, and close toed shoes worn, unless otherwise approved.

PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT
There are many ways that parents can be involved with the pack, including serving as Assistant Cub Master, Den Leader, and Pack Committee Members. Please contact the Cub Master or Pack Committee Chairperson for more information.
